Midoffice Data Solutions Private Limited (“Midoffice Data”, “we”, “us”, or “our”) is committed to making midofficedata.com usable for as many people as possible, including people who use assistive technologies.
This statement describes our approach, the standard we aim to meet, known limits, and how to tell us if something is not working.
Conformance target
We aim to conform to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 at Level AA. WCAG explains how to make web content more accessible to people with disabilities and more usable for everyone.
We treat accessibility as ongoing work. The Website is improved as we publish new pages, fix issues, and review third-party tools.
Scope
This statement covers public pages on midofficedata.com, including product, solution, resource, and legal pages. It does not cover customer environments, logged-in product workspaces, or third-party sites we link to.
Measures we take
We design and maintain the Website with accessibility in mind, including:
- Semantic headings and landmarks so pages can be scanned with a screen reader
- Keyboard access to primary navigation, menus, buttons, and forms
- Visible focus states on interactive controls
- Text alternatives for meaningful images, and decorative images marked so they can be ignored
- Colour contrast that is intended to meet AA for body text and controls
- Responsive layouts that reflow on smaller screens without requiring horizontal scrolling for main content
- Form labels and error handling on enquiry and demo requests
Assistive technologies and browsers
The Website is intended to work with current versions of major browsers (Chrome, Safari, Firefox, and Edge) and with common assistive technologies such as screen readers, zoom, and voice control. Experience can vary by browser, operating system, and assistive technology version.
Third-party content and known limits
Some features are provided by third parties. We do not fully control their accessibility. Examples include:
- The cookie consent banner and preference centre
- Embedded platform demo video players
- Scheduling or calendar embeds on the contact page
- LinkedIn and other external destinations opened from the site
If a third-party widget is a barrier, contact us and we will help you complete the same task another way, such as by email or a scheduled call.
We also continue to review older media, complex data visuals, and PDF or downloadable files where those appear in resources.

Assessment
This statement is based on internal review of the current website theme and templates, including keyboard paths, headings, colour contrast, and image alternatives. We have not published a third-party WCAG audit for every page. We will update this statement when our process or the Website changes in a material way.
